Michele Klink

Michele has over 24 years of continuing study (CE) with Iyengar-influenced Yoga and Vinyasa Flow methods. MIchele has a specialty in Yoga focused toward general therapeutic benefits, significantly influenced by early teachers Lisa Walford, Aidil Palkhivala, Manouso Manos, Judith Lasater (Restorative Yoga), Elise Browning Miller (Yoga for Scoliosis) and Maty Ezraty. She has completed 200+ hours with Jill Miller and is trained in Yoga Tune Up® and Roll Model Method (self-massage techniques). Michele is currently immersed in studying fascia research, anatomy/physiology and neuro-science related to meditation. She has completed 500+ Hours with YogaWorks and was a Certified YogaWorks Teacher, Teacher Trainer and Mentor prior to the pandemic. She also has 1000+ Hours of CE study in Yoga Philosophy which includes Classical and Tantric Yoga philosophies, with an appreciation toward the subtle body anatomy and energy for deeper dimensions of yoga. Her practical experience from 24 years of private instruction with individuals, addressing a myriad of injuries and health imbalances, supports her offering with the therapeutic benefits of Yoga. Michele is an active member of the IAYT. Based San Francisco Bay Area, she has been teaching several classes/week for over 24 years in Marin County. She also leads Yoga Teacher Trainings, CE Workshops and Yoga Retreats locally, nationally and internationally.
