Certified in Beginner, Intermediate, Raja and Accessible Yoga, she is dedicated to sharing yoga for its many health benefits; including emotional well-being. An active instructor at the Integral Yoga Institute in NYC, Michele is also a licensed psychotherapist and integrative life coach trained in hypnotherapy, energy work, yoga for depression & anxiety and the Integrative Amrit Method, I AM Yoga Nidra™ through Kamini Desai, PhD.
