About
My Yoga Journey I was always that person that felt yoga was a joke.
I was not going to waste my hour “stretching”. Today, yoga is my go-to work out and essential way of correlating body, mind, and soul with movement. It has honestly been a transitional and life saving experience. Yoga has allowed me to find balance and self acceptance. It has made it possible for me to open up my mind for positive thoughts and inspiration. Yoga has allowed emotions to surface from a dark place, lightening my heavy heart. I have learned that being healthy and getting exercise does not always have to be as intense. There is a substantial amount of strength in listening to your body and easing off when needed, oppose to pounding it through rigorous motion. Yoga can be whatever you want it to be. There are so many layers. It is my passion and gratitude to share the gift of yoga with you. It can be your time to search, reach, and find whatever it is you are looking for. This can be in the physical, mental, or emotional state… even all three. I can’t wait to guide you through your yoga journey… Michelina Payetta Education and Experience CURRENT I am a genuine, authentic, personable, and enthusiastic teacher, as I have been teaching yoga since April 2014: E-RYT 200, E-RYT 500, YACEP, and CPR certified.
