Michelle Bermudez is an empath, Curandera, and embodiment guide.
Her offerings give people the opportunity to explore their own power to restore the mind, body, and spirit in a curious, safe, and playful environment. As a 300 Hr. Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS) she’s been teaching and practicing Yoga for more than ten years. In 2015 she quit her job and travelled to Southeast Asia where she did her 100 hours of Yin Yoga with the The Yoga People, studied Ayurveda at the Agni School, and gained over 150 hours of Thai Massage at the Sunshine School in Chiang Mai. She is also a level II Reiki practitioner. As an embodiment guide, she uses different techniques to help people connect to their innate body wisdom and power their journey. Through her holistic work, she has helped hundreds of people live their life more healthy and authentically. Living by example, her passion for helping others, is always seen clearly through her work.
