Michelle has taught mindfulness to individuals of all ages within communities, schools and school districts with a specialized interest in bringing mindful yoga and stress reduction to educators. Michelle holds an M.Ed. and additional certifications through the International Mindfulness Teachers Association and Mindful Schools. With a love of learning, Michelle is completing a terminal degree in Educational Leadership with specialization in the field of special education.
