Michelle Collins

While there I mentored along side a yogi learning skills required to teach both All Levels classes and Vinyasa, focussing on skills such us modifications and sequencing. Continuing my education, I became certified in Restorative Yoga and I had the privilege to teach All Levels, Vinyasa, and Restorative classes, as well as private sessions. It was such an honor for me to see the growth and change in my students practice. Now my family and I are back in Dallas and excited to be back at Sunstone once again teaching Hot Yoga and Vinyasa classes. I continued with my training and now also teaching HIIT and Core Fit classes. I am blessed to have a wonderful and supportive husband, two boys, now in college, and our dog Rocco. I enjoy cooking, baking, singing in our church worship team, traveling with my family, and of course yoga. So grateful for all of Gods blessings. It is my desire to help others grow in their practice, sharing my love and passion with them, to love, serve and inspire. Namaste.
