As a young child growing up in Trinidad & Tobago my mother taught me to find my authentic sense of self and to be unapologetically me Both of my parents helped me develop a love for life for people and a carefree nature - they simply taught me to be free I have always felt that my lifes purpose is to help others find this same freedom I was introduced to yoga in by my then partner a medical doctor when I would return from transatlantic flights and could not unwind Yoga has become a part of my daily lifestyle and I began teaching in My goals is to be the doorway that enables you to let yoga enter your daily routine by adding breath work poses and meditation to serve you when youre on the mat and off the mat in the most unlikely places and situations.
