She has done numerous mediation trainings and retreats that have taken her as far as the countryside of India as well as the jungle of the Peruvian rainforest. After all these experiences she finds it most purposeful to impact those closest to you. Michelle states,”The most important person you need to befriend in life is yourself. Your mind is your greatest companion and only thing that stays with you everywhere you go. Our only constant is the breath. By learning to control and adapt your breath in different scenarios, you can leave stressful situations with a greater sense of peace”.
