Michelle, known affectionally as Meeshie or Meesh, is a vibrant and multilingual yoga educator, and proudly holds the spiritual name Dhyan Tejdeep Kaur.
With an enriching journey that spans over two decades, Michelle has nurtured a profound dedication to teaching and continual learning. Her transformative experience began with a pivotal 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at Full Circle Yoga School in Hawaii, a journey that ignited her passion for the yogic path during the last in-person session of 2020. This experience marked the beginning of her deep engagement with yoga's transformative power. Now, as a 500RYT, E-RYT 200, and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), Michelle has amassed over 3,000 hours of teaching in various modalities. Her expertise extends through Hatha, Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, community and outdoor yoga/sound sessions, soundbaths, chair yoga for seniors, moon phase and cacao ceremonies, private instruction, Kundalini, Yin, meditation, and Japa-Mala workshops. Her favorite role is leading Yoga Teacher Trainings, where she empowers new teachers to find their unique voices. Michelle's extensive experience is not just about credentials but reflects her personal healing journey and deep-seated commitment to fostering wellness and authenticity. She eagerly looks forward to each opportunity to guide, lead, and learn alongside her students, offering a rich tapestry of teachings imbued with love and understanding.
