Michelle Gregovic is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She has been teaching yoga since 1993 and has been blessed to study with many renowned teachers and has been influenced by many styles, including Iyengar and Vinyasa Krama. Her desire is to meet each student where he/she is, using precise language to help guide the student to a deeper understanding of the pose and how to best adapt it to fit his or her unique body. She hopes to inspire students to radical self-acceptance, to commit to uplifing their physical, mental and emotional body through a loving and lifelong practice. Michelle has additional training in holistic nutrition and as a Thai Yoga practitioner and is a certified Yamuna Body Rolling and Yamuna Foot Fitness practitioner.
