Michelle has been practicing yoga since In she began diving deeper  into yoga philosophy and meditation which led to her interest in the hr YTT Enjoying the foundational aspect of the hr Michelle followed that up with her hr YTT with the same school Sharing Yoga Community Yoga School in Concord NH under the care and guidance of Laurie Farmer and David Breen  Michelle has been teaching since early and is currently offering a variety of livestream classes online and private instruction as Rising Crow Yoga and Wellness as well as in-person public classes at Kilter Fitness in Bristol NH and at Main St in Tilton NH Michelle can also occasionally be found at both Sharing Yoga and Worthy Mind & Movement in Concord NH where she offers pop-up classes and workshops  Michelle is known for her slower paced classes that allow students of all experience levels to follow along and settle into and explore postures properly before transitioning to the next Her gentle classes are truly that and they offer a simple relaxing flow suitable for most and easily modifiable Michelle also loves to offer slower-paced challenging strength or vinyasa style classes where students focus on finding strength through stable posture holding and controlled and intentional movement through transitions.
