Hi I'm Michelle — and I'm so grateful to be part of the yoga community Like many I spent years searching for the “right” path in life only to discover that everything began to align when I started investing in my own health and wellbeing.
Through yoga I learned that self-care isn't selfish — its foundational Studying the Limbs of Yoga taught me the power of preserving prana — our energy our life force I've come to feel most alive when I'm in community sharing space and supporting one another in growth and healing I strive to be the adult I needed as a child creating safe trauma-informed spaces both on and off the mat My approach is nurturing intuitive and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel truly seen held and empowered My offerings include: • Vinyasa Yoga Flow • Myofascial Release MFR • Yoga Nidra • Special Populations • Trauma-Informed Practices Lets breathe move and heal — together!
