Michelle was first introduced to yoga in 2017 as a way to help work though anxiety and stress.
She quickly experienced many of the benefits yoga offers including calming the mind and moving the body in intentional ways. She only wishes she had started her yoga journey sooner! Michelle received her RYT 200 Hour Certification in 2022. She strives to continue learning about and sharing her passion for yoga with others.
