Michelle Pugh established Joonbug Yoga in with a passion to blend her creative talents with health wellness and community Her diverse experience comes from over years of athletics ballet and dedicated yoga training Her yoga classes blend creativity strength balance flexibility and flow blooming straight from the heart! She ran her brick-and-mortar yoga studio Joonbug Yoga located in Shelton Washington from through where she designed the curriculum and led three -hour yoga teacher trainings Joonbug Yoga School certified over graduates via Yoga Alliance Michelle managed instructors until she closed her studio inspired to extend the benefits of yoga meditation and wellness services to surrounding communities!
