Her travels have brought her to many places including : Ghana, Africa; Rabat, Morocco; Hyderabad, India: Thailand and many more. After discovering her love for yoga, she decided that she wanted to share the peace she found with as many people as possible, starting in her own community. She is now a full-time yoga instructor leading studio classes, workshops, high end events and retreats around the globe. After many years of teaching, this Global Goddess has intertwined her love for yoga and travel by creating luxury retreats that provide her guests the opportunity to experience new cultures while enjoying life’s luxuries. Her upscale travel company VIVE Society hosts International Group Trips and offers Travel Planning Services for private groups & individuals. ​Her passion is creating high vibe, life changing experiences for others. TEACHING STYLE Although she is a Hot Yoga enthusiast, Michelle enjoys exploring all styles of yoga. She incorporates many of the 26 postures from the traditional Hot Practice into her flows. She believes a good teacher doesn’t just instruct but provides a space for students to create their own expression of the practice. Michelle’s teaching style is energetic, fun , accepting and full of reminders to love yourself above all else. Fun playlists keep the mood light and happy. Michelle holds an E-RYT500 certification with Yoga Alliance.
