Michelle is a licensed Acupuncturist and certified yoga teacher She has taught yoga for more than years She was introduced to Yin Yoga in and began teaching Yin shortly thereafter Yin is an important part of her personal yoga practice and her goal is to create a space where others can experience its transformational power In her classes she brings a calm energy and encourages her students to be introspective and mindful of-and present in-mind body and spirit She teaches weekly classes as well as Yin Yoga workshops Michelle has completed more than hours of yoga teacher training Her studies include a -hour in-depth focus on Yin: anatomy physiology energy philosophy and teaching Her training also includes introductions to massage and polarity protocols Michelle Supsic is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School RYS.
