Received my certification in Yoga out of a love of fitness and curiosity in early Since then I have received a certification in Holy Yoga with Weights Group Fitness Certification Fitness Nutrition Specialist Personal Trainer Certification and a PaddleBoard Yoga Certification Love sharing a positive message with the healthy benefits of yoga all the time! Currently I am working on my Masters of Exercise Science at Liberty University My passion is to share my love of the outdoors sense of humor fitness and faith through the practice of Yoga I am a personal trainer and teach yoga and fitness classes at the Bartram Springs Community Center I offer virtual personal training and teach private yoga classes.
