As a practicing yogi since 2006 I am passionate about all styles of yoga. I most enjoy teaching Hatha, Gentle and Restorative practice for any and all levels of yogis. I retired to the beautiful Tucson mountains and enjoy the desert nature, hiking, swimming, golf and of course, yoga. Namaste.
