I went back and studied an additional 30hrs in hands on adjustments and 30hrs in class theming and planning. I owned and operated my own studio from 2010-2020 and taught there for 6 years of the ten. I have taught ad various yoga festivals, Yoga Fort and the Sun Valley Wellness Festival.
