Hello! I am a Kripalu Yoga teacher (RYT 200) who was trained at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.
Currently, I am pursuing the 500h level certification there. Nature is my another passion! As a faculty of the outdoor team at Kripalu Center. I guide mindfulness-based hikes and water activities. I practice Shiatsu which is a Japanese healing art based on the traditional Chinese medicine (Yin/Yang, the 5 elements, meridians). It has been my pleasure to weave these concepts into my yoga sequence!
