Her journey into Yoga began as a way to navigate chronic back pain and the demands of a high-stress, type-A corporate career. What started as a personal refuge has since become a lifelong path of teaching, community-building, and service.Trained under a single teacher for five formative years and deeply appreciative of the Ashtanga lineage, Milica has taught over 1,000 hours and holds the designation of E-RYT 200. Her classes are high-energy, music-filled, and rich with intelligent sequencing and anatomical alignment. Known for her sharp verbal cues and hands-on adjustments, she breaks down postures in accessible segments, making her classes truly inclusive—welcoming practitioners of all levels without labels like “beginner” or “advanced.”Milica is a natural community builder, known not only for her full classes (with a consistent waitlist) but for her commitment to connection both on and off the mat. For the past three years, she has led a Donation-Based Pride Yoga class in partnership with her San Diego home studio, donating proceeds to the local LGBTQIA+ center.
