A collective effort with a genuine heart for people, a passion for wellness, and 20 years of advanced training and experience. All of which flow freely in her love for teaching Vinyasa, Yin, and mixed practices. Mindy continues to shine the purpose graciously given to her through her story, her contribution in helping others live well, and her devotion to her faith. In the last few years her world has expanded through holding international yoga retreats and recently living on-site at a beautiful yoga school/retreat center. As she steps into a life of adventure and curiosity, she plans to expand her passion through on-line offerings, connection to local communities, and a wellness provider on-site wherever she lands. A life of choosing, contribution, and generosity.
