Mindy Willis-Menard E-R.Y.T 500-hour Yoga Teacher, Manual Osteopathic Therapist/ Integrative Nutrition Health Coach www.alignandshineyoga.com | www.mindy-willis-menard.healthcoach.integrativenutrition.com Background As a working international hatha-yoga teacher for the past ten-years, I’m proud to have owned The Mindful Body Hatha Yoga Studio for 7 years before moving-on to a Yoga Director position @ LIVE360 and most recently forming my own yoga-school – Align & Shine Yoga – where I teach a 200-hour & a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training throughout Ontario.
Whether teaching my annual Jungle Love retreats in Costa Rica, instructing advanced-yoga workshops or continuing to study with my teachers Todd Norian of Ashaya Yoga, it is my joyful mission to build communities, to nurture self-love,and an awakening of our hearts. I have graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy with a Master diploma in Osteopathic Manual Sciences, M.OMSs. I was awarded the Andrew Taylor Still medal of honour upon graduation, a prestigious award from graduating at the top of the class. I completed my studies in 2014 at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, as a certified Health Coach I work with clients from all walks of life to help them align in all areas of their personal & professional life. Certification and Accreditation E-R.Y.T 500 - Yoga Alliance Certified Align & Shine Yoga - Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga School Osteopathic Manual Therapist - Canadian Academy of Osteopathy Health Coach - The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, NYC, NY USA Training and Education With over 5000 hours of teaching experience and several Yoga Teacher Training Certificates, I also dedicate time and energy into the study of the Ayurvedic sciences, completing and on-line certification from India in 2010. I’m also a Thai Yoga Massage practitioner studying at Lotus Palm in Montreal.
