Hi! Namaste! My name is Mirva, and I'm a RYT200 and OYO Office Yoga certified teacher based in Napa, CA.
I teach a range of yoga classes from focus-building office yoga and dynamic vinyasa flow to relaxing restorative yoga. My classes get inspiration from nature, seasonal energy, yoga philosophy and daily life. As a teacher my intention is to offer a safe and empowering practice, which aligns with the energy of the season and cultivates physical, mental and spiritual balance and strength for more joy in life. I was born and raised in Finland, where I began my yoga journey in an Ashtanga yoga class in early 2000. I got hooked from the first time and continued to explore different styles of yoga while living in multiple countries, including the UK, Belgium and Switzerland, before settling in California with my family in 2018. I offer private group classes for events and special occasions in the Wine Country, covering Solano and Napa Valley regions.
