Missy Brown has earned the distinction of being an E-RYT, RYT and YACEP with Yoga Alliance.
Missy has over 25 years of experience working with children teaching yoga in various forms. Utilizing her experience and formal training, Missy has created Deep Play for Kids, to engage children at all levels to reduce stress, teach mindfulness techniques and provide students with lifelong skills to be used in any setting. Deep Play for Kids has been so successful, Missy was asked to develop a training program for adults who work with kids: parents, teachers, child yoga instructors. The inaugural program was held this winter as the Foundations Teacher Training Class - a two and a half day transformative experience. Please look for additional classes being scheduled.
