Yoga has been my lifeline for nearly 20 years.
After a back injury that left me disabled for three years, yoga saved me mentally, physically, and emotionally. Now, I have the chance to help others and share what I've learned on my journey to a healthier, happier life! My focus is on gentle, restorative yoga and one-on-one energy balancing to help those with injuries and illness regain control over their health and well-being again. During my recovery from my injury, I felt very little control over my body's recuperating process. I want to help others in that situation to find what works for them to manage their physical, mental, and emotional health. I have experience with chair, hatha, power, and am certified in restorative and prenatal yoga. I've taken training and am certified in chakra balancing and crystals and gemstones. I'm also a Reiki Master/Teacher. A long time lover of essential oils and music, I incorporate both into my client sessions, along with pranayama and guided meditations/visualizations. I believe everyone can benefit from a little yoga in their life! Beach Path Yoga is the path to restoring health and well-being for those suffering from illness and injury.
