Monica McCarthy

Her yin yoga and all levels flow classes have been offered at Belgrade Lakes Yoga and Wellness, Belgrade Center for All Seasons and outdoors on raised platforms at Lakes Region Boat and RV Storage in Smithfield, Maine. She also provides yoga, chair yoga, assisted yoga / Thai-style bodywork and wellness coaching for private clients throughout the Belgrade Lakes area. Monica trained with Yoganand Michael Carroll and Janna Delgado at Kripalu School of Yoga and with Josh Summers and Terry Cockburn at the Summers School of Yin Yoga. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS. She is also certified through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Health Coach.
