A firm believer in the transformational power of yoga, my goal is to help others to find their true paths in life.
With a focus on creative sequencing of Vinyasa flow and my years of practice in Ashtanga Yoga, I provide a solid foundation for mind and body. Additionally, working in corporations for over 20 years, I have learned to lead, to inspire, and to motivate with the balance of passion and discipline. My diverse cultural background helps me to bring Eastern yoga philosophy alive with a twist of modernism to the Western society.
