I am a 300-hour KRI-Certified Instructor and gong practitioner offering both Kundalini Yoga classes and gong sound healing.
I studied Kundalini under several students of Yogi Bhajan, and gong under Mehtab Benton, originator and author of Gong Yoga. My heart-centered style is grounded in the meaning of my spiritual name, Chandra, “the one who glows with the moon’s reflection of God’s love and beauty”. Committed to my role as a teacher, I am currently working towards my 300-hour Kundalini Yoga teacher certification. I also hold a Reiki Level 2 Certification and integrate this knowledge into my teaching. Focusing on the needs of my students and clients, I provide an inviting and supportive atmosphere to my classes and private sessions.
