Morgan Maloney

Morgan has been a yoga practitioner since 2015, where yoga was introduced to her by her soccer coach. Immediately, she loved it for the mind/body/soul connection it brought to her life, and she wants to share it with others.In a class taught by Morgan, you can expect a well rounded and challenging vinyasa class, where you can bring your practice to a place it hasn't been before. Morgan loves to implement themes and guided meditation into her class, and enjoys creating a perfect spotify playlist and energetic lighting to help set the tone. Whether you're reaching for a new pose, working through mental or bodily blockages, or taking an hour of time to work on yourself, Morgan strives to be a vessel for you to grow through breath, asana and meditation in your yoga practice. Outside of the studio, Morgan works a full time job to help food companies become more sustainable. You might find Morgan and her husband walking their bluetick coonhound Luna, gardening in her backyard, hiking or playing tennis.
