About
Morgan (Chase) McDonough, is an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, with acknowledged the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Morgan brings a light to the teaching community that is simply undeniable. Her presence is warm and bright and her passion for the practice of yoga and all of its principles are wildly apparent. A free-flowin', high-vibin', flower-child sharing her love with her communities & the world! Morgan believes that as a yoga teacher, she in fact is the ultimate student. 'I have the opportunity, every time I get in front of a class, to learn something new from each of you in that space. The ratio, in my opinion, is certainly in my favor,' she's said. 'It's some powerful stuff.' Her teaching style ranges from Yoga 101 Basics where brand new practitioners can conquer their "fear" of the mat & learn the baseline mechanics of a vinyasa flow class, to extreme & specific cases where students can trust Morgan with the most complicated of injuries and be assured her practice will be designed specifically to accommodate their needs. In 2024 she launched her Registered Yoga School, the daisyface flow Yoga School. My vision for the school is simple and pure. I intend to carry on and continue to share the wisdom that was so generously shared with me through my teachers and their teachers and their teachers’ teachers.
