I fell in love with yoga because it gave me the ability to look within myself at a deep level.
It strengthened my commitment to personal growth and spirituality. 10+ years later, when I finally enrolled in a training, it allowed me to bring what I was cultivating on the inside out into the world. I have a passion for helping others see the beauty and the light within themselves. We are all stronger and more capable than we give ourselves credit for. Sometimes we need other people around to remind us of that. I'm happy to be that beacon of positivity and encouragement for the people I serve.
