I truly believe that yoga is for every BODY and is so much more than yoga poses Everyones body has a different story and it is important to honor that I grew up in Trinidad and Tobago in a very diverse culture where many of my roots actually go back to the principles of yoga I have been residing in in Katy Texas since I found yoga in my late s when I hurt my back and fell in love with the practice I decided to pursue my yoga teacher training many many years later getting my RYT certification with Yoga West Katy Balance is important to me being a wife mother daughter sister manager and employee Sharing yoga brings me immense joy and purpose I enjoy combining breath and movement in a way to find yourself and connect I am a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance and insured My goal is to offer practices that are accessible and empowering.
