She has been practicing Reiki since 1997 and completed her Reiki master training in 2018 with Jiiva Yoga school. She has also completed the 100 hour meditation teacher training through Jiiva Yoga in 2018. After completing her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2020, she has been teaching both yin yoga and vinyasa style classes.
