I completed my YTT in in Subtle Yoga in Asheville North Carolina with Kristine Kaoverii Weber MA C-IAYT ERT My interest in yoga began in when I began to see my own personal benefits from the practice As a licensed clinical social worker and licensed clinical addictions counselor I have also used yoga in my clinical work in groups and with individuals In I was trained as a Peer Recovery Guide with the Yoga of Twelve Step Recovery YSR I have held YSR meetings for a grass roots recovery hub in Aurora Indiana as well as online.
