Her sessions are designed to help you achieve deep relaxation and restore balance to your nervous system. With decades of experience, Nancy has observed the remarkable healing capacities of the human body firsthand. Having personally benefited from yoga and mind-body practices, she is passionate about sharing these powerful tools with others. Nancy offers her services both virtually and locally through workshops, retreats, and small private groups. Her qualifications are extensive: she is a Certified Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500) with advanced training in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and Yoga Therapy, a Certified ChildLight Yoga Instructor, and holds multiple meditation certifications. Additionally, she is an Advanced Certified TRE (tension/trauma releasing exercises) Provider, holds a postgraduate certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies, and is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer with advanced training in Mind-Body Wellness.
