Nancy Scarduzio is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as e RYT500, which means that they completed their yoga teacher training at an active RYS Nancy taught grades K-8 for 30 years in Southern New Jersey.
She began practicing yoga in 1998, trying many different styles. In 2000 she found TriYoga, and became certified in Basics, Level 1 and Level 2. Nancy began teaching TriYoga in 2006 to those touched by cancer at Gilda's Club South Jersey, a cancer support community. Since then she has taught group yoga classes at the Ocean City Aquatic and Fitness Center, to seniors in the adult education program, primary school children, and schoolteachers. Nancy currently also teaches yoga in Ocean City, NJ, at the Ocean City Aquatic and Fitness Cente. She also teaches yoga in-person and on zoom to individuals and to groups. She She is certified Iby the International Association of Yoga Therapists and provides yoga therapy to individuals and small groups. She enjoys bringing yoga to all, so that they may experience the many benefits of a yoga practice, including optimum health and well-being.
