I began my yoga journey in as just another fitness routine but soon realized how yoga was transforming not only body but my mind and my life After surgery in which took me off of my mat for almost a year I slowly got back on my mat as I continued to repair and my strengthen my body I also started learning from a new teacher who helped take my practice to a whole new level and encouraged me to take the hour certification I graduated from Invoke Yoga Studio in downtown Indianapolis in I began teaching at my local gym and studios near my home I also had my own weekly class independent of a studio I relocated to the Atlanta GA area in February I teach vinyasa flow with an emphasis on proper alignment and coming to your mat with an open heart and willingness to have fun!.
