RYT200 was earned at Yandara Yoga Institute. RYT500 was earned at Yoga of India. My yoga journey began in the early 70's along with my introduction to Transcendental Meditation. Practice in the 80's was at Ananda Ashram, Monroe, NY and with Gini Flowers of the Yoga Society of NY. I recently completed training with Richard Miller, PhD, on The Depth Teachings of Yoga at Yogaville, VA. I am currently a patron member of IAYT. While in India this year, I became a certified Laughter Yoga teacher.
