Naomi Murtagh

She immediately fell in love with yoga over thirteen years ago after personally experiencing the benefits of the practice. As meditation in motion, the practice of yoga opened up a pathway to her for an entirely new way of being. After practicing for many years, Naomi knew she wanted to delve deeper and pursue a teachers certification. Naomi holds a BA degree from Northern Illinois University and a Yoga teachers certification from Flourish Yoga in Fishers, Indiana. She completed her 300hr training at Roots and Wings Yoga in June 2024. When off of her mat, she enjoys spending time with her incredible and hilarious husband, Andrew, and their four children. She also loves walking, hiking, gardening, cooking, and spending time enjoying the many sports played by her children.
