Nara is a skilled yoga instructor with advanced training in Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Prenatal Yoga, Ayurveda and Yoga Nidra.
She has E-RYT500 certification and is studying yoga more in depth in order to earn her 1500 hour certification. After having her first child thirteen years ago, Nara started practicing yoga. She started practicing meditation and pranayama mantras and later she added asanas. Soon after beginning her practice, she realized that yoga incorporated many of the same eastern philosophies she grew up with in her native Mongolia. Through yoga she was able to rediscover her roots. Nara has taught many private and group classes including teacher trainings in Mongolia and China. She enjoys being inspired and inspiring others to improve wellness and to commit to long-term health and fitness goals.
