God meets us in it all.” Natalie discovered yoga as a college student in 1999 as a beautiful practice of movement and breathwork. She grew to love the practice for its ability to strengthen and restore heart soul, mind and body. After many years of cultivating her own yoga practice, she began training and teaching in 2018. •Training: Living Soul Institute, Holy Yoga and TruYoga Institute.
