Movement, sound, and connection have always been the drivers of unparalleled influence in Natalie's life.
These core passions have led her to explore theater, climbing, literature, and psychology. She found yoga as a home to come back to amidst this exploration. She aims to bring this sense of home to her students, so they can rediscover the connection between body, mind, and spirit. In 2023, Natalie completed her RYT 200-hour certification with Inlet Yoga and hasn't looked back. Weaving in her background in vocal technique, dance, and climbing, she connects everyday life to the heartful awareness and the practice of yoga.
