Bridging the gap between spirituality and other movement forms, Natalie’s methodology arises from an early transformational experience in yoga.
She holds over 500 hours in yoga training, is a comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor, holds a PNF certification, and has worked in non-traditional rehabilitation facilities helping people gain feeling and function in their bodies again. She has trained with Janie Montague, Meghan Currie, Seane Corn, and others. She has studied with and is a scholarship recipient of the University of Texas Dance, has taught anatomy and physiology to pre-med students of Texas A&M, and has worked with a variety of somatic artists for East Austin Studio Tour, Sunny Shen Dance Co., and others.
