About
Natalie took her first yoga class in 2004, hoping to lengthen bulky muscles and improve her flexibility.
Over time, what started as a compliment to her other fitness activities became a way of life. Natalie credits her yoga practice with bringing balance and mindfulness to her life, and appreciates how it constantly challenges her to be the best version of herself. Natalie completed her 200-hour teacher training with Natasha Hennessy and Jennifer O’Sullivan at Pure Prana Yoga Studio, and her 300-hour teacher training with Beryl Bender Birch and Ann Richardson Stevens at The Hard & The Soft Yoga Institute. She hopes to inspire inner strength and peaceful calm within her students and is influenced by Jivamukti, Self-Awakening, Ashtanga, and Restorative Yoga. Natalie teaches vinyasa-based classes that connect yogic philosophy to movement, breath, and meditation.
