My name is Natalie Piscitello and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher Hour RYT with Inner Power Yoga where I currently teach in Calabasas I started practicing yoga with private instructor Alison Bristow in due to flat feet which caused many problems with my alignment Through yoga I was able to correct my posture and work through emotional trauma through my physical body I strongly believe in the mind-body connection and believe that yoga can heal people physically spiritually and emotionally through the practice of mindfulness I believe my expertise is in alignment and mindfulness due to my physical disabilities and anxietal trauma My goal in my class is to make yoga accessible to everyone.
