A Massachusetts native Tashi moved to Charleston SC in July of for a change of scenery and a break from the brutal Northeastern winters Within a week of her relocation she took the leap of faith into the -hour Teacher Training program at Holy Cow Yoga Center and the rest was history With a bachelors degree in Sociology activism and accessibility play a big role in what Yoga means to her Tashis teaching style and personal practice are deeply rooted in authenticity and the importance of honoring your body in each and every moment She shares and celebrates her humanness in hopes that you will find comfort in your own As the co-founder of independent yoga projects Rising Rhythm and Aurora Yoga Tashi keeps busy! She also teaches weekly classes at Holy Cow Yoga Center and The Salt Spa & Yoga Off the mat you can find her training on aerial silks and sling or snuggled up on the couch reading ACOTAR or watching Survivor.
