I embarked on my yoga journey through the Barkan Method of Hot Yoga I stumbled onto this path on accident and have never been happier I fell in love with the practice so much so that in just a few short months I enrolled in yoga teacher training I have gone through Teacher Trainings Level I II and III Each class that I teach I embrace the opportunity to learn something new whether it is about a student or myself I am also vigorously working towards becoming a veterinarian I enjoy that I can incorporate my medical knowledge into my practice I embrace sharing this wonderful way of life with others and teaching them a bit about themselves along the way Using my knowledge that I obtain through my medical courses and combining it with yoga training brings even more to my students.
