About

Nathalie Keiller is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) from the Yoga Alliance.

She started practising yoga in 1997.  Among other things, she has been integrating the principles of Ayurveda since 1999, the same year she started to teach yoga. A meditator for more than 25 years, she has also been teaching Deep Meditation since 2005, which is one aspect of an Ayurvedic lifestyle.  She completed several Teacher Trainings in Hatha Yoga, gradually evolving from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta, Ashtanga, Viniyoga, and more that 1000 hours in practicing and studying Anusara and its restorative branch, to Yin Yoga. In 2013, she completed her Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant training and is now facilitating courses about Ayurveda and Self-Care. Sharing the experience of inner peace and well-being that one achieves through these practices is what stimulates Nathalie to teach the science of Yoga through Ayurveda, Meditation and Hatha Yoga.  She believes strongly that 90% of the benefits reside in the practice, and invites her students to enjoy her classes in the same spirit. Visit her website at www.natk.ca to learn more about the courses and events she offers, both in Vancouver, B.C. and online.
