Nate Guadagni has been teaching yoga, tai chi and meditation full time for over ten years and is the founder of Bo Yoga®, a rapidly growing health and wellness system.
He believes that yoga is meant for everyone regardless of physical limitations and does his best to make it possible for everyone to enjoy the life changing benefits. His unique Bo Yoga classes include a blend of yoga, tai chi and meditation which brings more than just the physical benefits of asana, but emotional relief and mental peace as well. Nate enjoys working with students who are mainly interested in the therapeutic benefits of yoga such as better balance, more energy and pain relief and finds great pleasure in working with beginners. His students say that they enjoy the lighthearted, comfortable atmosphere of his classes and the personal attention that he gives to teach person.
